Sudipti Return & Refund Policy

At Sudipti, we take great care to ensure that every product
delivered meets our quality standards. However, in rare cases where an issue
arises, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

• The
  product received is damaged or defective.
• An
  incorrect product has been delivered.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any return request, customers must:

• Record
  a clear package opening video starting from the sealed package to
  the complete product reveal.
• Share
  the video along with order details via email at sudipti1507@gmail.com
  within 7 working days of delivery.
  
  Requests without a proper opening video will not be eligible for return or
  refund.

Return Process

• Once
  your request is reviewed and approved, customers will be required to ship
  the product back to us at their own cost.
• The
  product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags
  intact.

Refund & Reimbursement

• After
  we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate:
• A full
  refund of the product price, and
• Reimbursement
  of the return shipping cost (upon sharing the courier receipt).
• Refunds
  will be processed within a reasonable timeframe via the original payment
  method or agreed mode.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products
  without opening video proof.
• Items
  that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Requests
  made after 7 working days from the delivery date.
